Our Commercial/Industrial customers save money and time especially on liquid product remaining in the tank that won’t come out under cooler temperatures.  There will always be product in the tank that won’t necessary come out but could be better utilized during the right temperature.  Larger DOT or ASME tanks (100 pounds to 1000 pounds) customers would not lose product because the tank will always remain on their premises for their usage.
